This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") describes how Real Time Investment Group, registered at Crown Prince Complex, Tubman Boulevard, Monrovia, Liberia, operating under the brand BetMoove, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.
BetMoove is licensed and regulated by the National Lottery Authority (NLA) of the Republic of Liberia, under license number NLA-1029/2025.
This Policy applies to all services offered on the BetMoove platform, including the website, mobile applications, and all associated services. By using our services, you accept the practices described in this Policy. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Liberia and NLA regulations.
2. Data Collected

a) Personal identification data: full name, email address, date of birth, postal address, phone number, nationality, and gender. This information is required when creating your account and is necessary to verify your identity.
b) Financial data: deposit and withdrawal history, payment methods used (mobile money, bank card), transaction numbers, and account balance.
c) Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, unique device identifiers, login data, pages visited, and session duration.
d) Gameplay data: betting history, wins and losses, game preferences, game statistics, and platform interactions.
e) KYC verification documents: copy of ID (passport, national ID card, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and where applicable, proof of source of funds.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
- Account data: 5 years after account closure (NLA regulatory requirement).
- Financial records: 7 years from the date of transaction.
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
- Gameplay logs: 3 years from the date of the activity.
After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

BetMoove services are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. If a minor is found to have created an account, it will be immediately closed and deposits refunded.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and/or a visible notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
