Terms and Conditions

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern access to and use of the BetMoove website at www.betmoove.com (the "Site") and all online gambling services offered therein (the "Services").

The Site is operated by Real Time Investment Group, a company legally incorporated and registered in the Republic of Liberia, with its registered office at Crown Prince Complex, Tubman Boulevard, Monrovia, Liberia (the "Operator"). Real Time Investment Group operates under the commercial brand BetMoove.

The Operator holds an online gaming license issued by the National Lottery Authority (NLA) of the Republic of Liberia, under number NLA-1029/2025(DS#4211/753)APN0:035/10/28/2026. This license is valid from October 29, 2025 to October 28, 2026 and authorizes the Operator to provide online gambling services in accordance with the laws in force in Montserrado County, Liberia.

By accessing the Site and using the Services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation all of these T&C. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and Services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these T&C, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Player" or "User": any adult individual registered on the Site and holding an Account.
• "Account": the personal account created by the Player on the Site, enabling access to Services, deposits, bets and withdrawals.
• "Services": all online casino games, bets and features offered on the Site, including but not limited to slots, table games, live games, Crash games and sports betting.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification procedure in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• "Bonus": any promotional offer, free funds, free spins or benefit granted by the Operator to the Player, subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited by the Player and winnings from bets made with those funds, available for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance": funds from promotional bonuses, subject to wagering requirements before being converted to Real Balance.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Services, the Player must create an Account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The Player must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the minimum legal age to participate in gambling in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Site. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to close any duplicate account, confiscate associated funds and cancel any transaction or winnings linked to a violation of this rule.

In accordance with regulatory obligations, the Operator implements identity verification (KYC) procedures. The Player may be required to provide the following documents: a valid identity document (national ID card, passport or driver's license), proof of address less than three (3) months old, and proof of the payment method used. The Operator may require additional documents if necessary.

The Player is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials (email address, password). Any activity carried out from their Account is deemed to have been performed by the Player themselves. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the Player must immediately notify the Operator at support@betmoove.com.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The Site accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Wave) and cryptocurrencies. The Operator reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time. Deposits made via Mobile Money or cryptocurrencies are generally credited to the Player's Account instantly or within a reasonable delay depending on the payment network used.

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) business hours following submission, subject to completion of the Player's KYC procedure. The Operator reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding thresholds defined by applicable regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are indicated on the Site's transaction pages. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used. The main currency of the Site is the CFA franc (XOF). Currency conversions, where applicable, are made at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction and may include conversion fees.

The Player undertakes to use only payment methods of which they are the legitimate holder. Any deposit made with a payment method belonging to a third party may result in the Account being frozen, funds being confiscated and the Account being permanently closed. The Operator shall not be held responsible for processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The Operator may offer bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and special promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion conditions, the standard wagering multiplier is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount received. For example, a 10,000 XOF bonus will require a total wagering volume of 350,000 XOF before it can be converted to withdrawable real balance. Bets placed on different game types may contribute at different percentages to the wagering requirement, according to each promotion's specific rules.

Bonuses have a validity period. Unless otherwise stated, any unused bonus or bonus whose wagering requirements have not been met within thirty (30) days of its allocation will be automatically cancelled, along with any resulting winnings. The Player is invited to consult the specific conditions of each offer to learn the applicable validity period.

The Operator enforces a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following are considered abuse: creating multiple accounts to benefit from the same offer more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements without real risk, collusion between players, and any use of automated software or bots. In cases of confirmed or suspected abuse, the Operator reserves the right to cancel bonuses, confiscate associated winnings and suspend or permanently close the Player's Account.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the Site are based on certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring fairness and unpredictability of results. The algorithms used are regularly audited to ensure their integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Certain games, including Crash games and original BetMoove games, incorporate a Provably Fair verification system. This system allows each Player to independently and cryptographically verify that the outcome of each round was not manipulated or altered after the bet was placed. Technical details of the Provably Fair system are available on dedicated pages of the Site.

Each game has a mathematical advantage in favour of the Operator (house edge). The Return to Player (RTP) rate of each game is indicated in the specific rules accessible from the game interface. The Player acknowledges that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that past results in no way guarantee future results.

In the event of a technical malfunction (bug, software error, connection problem), the Operator reserves the right to cancel affected bets and winnings. The specific rules of each game, including pay tables, pay lines and special features, are detailed in each game's interface and form an integral part of these T&C.

7. Responsible Gambling

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable Players. Gambling must remain an entertainment activity and should never be considered a source of income. The Player must always gamble within their financial means.

The Site provides Players with several protection tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) that the Player can configure from their Account settings; betting and loss limits; cool-off periods allowing the Player to temporarily suspend their access to the Site for a specified duration (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days); and a self-exclusion program allowing the Player to voluntarily close their access to the Site for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year or permanently.

Any request to reduce a deposit limit or for self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period before taking effect. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive any promotional communications from the Operator.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, source code, software, the Site structure and the BetMoove brand, are the exclusive property of Real Time Investment Group or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright and trademark laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication of this content, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Real Time Investment Group. Use of the Site does not confer upon the Player any intellectual property rights over the content, which remains the full and exclusive property of the Operator or its partners.

Third-party games offered on the Site are the property of their respective developers and providers and are used under license. Any unauthorized use of Site content may give rise to legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Site, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure access. The Operator shall not be held liable for any interruptions, delays, errors or unavailability of the Site, whether due to maintenance operations, technical failures, force majeure events or any other event beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability to any Player, regardless of cause, shall in no case exceed the amount of deposits made by that Player during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall the Operator be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

The Player acknowledges and accepts that participation in gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that the Operator cannot be held responsible for financial losses incurred by the Player in connection with the use of the Services. The Player is solely responsible for their gambling decisions and the management of their gambling budget.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Site or Services, the Player agrees to first contact the Operator's customer service at support@betmoove.com, providing a detailed description of the nature of the complaint. The Operator undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and to provide a response within a reasonable period not exceeding thirty (30) days.

If the dispute is not satisfactorily resolved by customer service, the Player may submit their complaint to the National Lottery Authority (NLA) of the Republic of Liberia, the regulatory authority under which the Operator is licensed. The NLA acts as a mediation and dispute resolution body between licensed operators and players.

These T&C are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Any dispute not resolved through the aforementioned amicable resolution channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montserrado County, Liberia. The Player waives any objection relating to the choice of jurisdiction.

11. Modification of Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify, update or supplement these T&C at any time and at its sole discretion. Substantial modifications will be notified to Players by means of a notification on the Site, an email sent to the address associated with the Player's Account, or any other means of communication deemed appropriate by the Operator.

Continued use of the Site and Services after publication of the modified T&C constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If the Player does not accept the modifications, they must cease using the Site and Services and may request the closure of their Account. The Player is invited to regularly consult the T&C for any updates. The date of the last update is indicated at the bottom of the page.
